CBDC South Coast offers repayable financing and business advisory services to entrepreneurs and small businesses in southern New Brunswick, including the Saint John area. Its general business loan can support startup, expansion, modernization, working capital, equipment, and business purchase needs where conventional financing is unavailable or insufficient.
Eligibility
Entrepreneurs and small businesses in CBDC South Coast's service area, including Saint John, may apply for eligible business startup, growth, modernization, or acquisition financing.
Requirements
- Business must be located in the CBDC South Coast service area.
- Applicant must submit a business plan or project plan.
- Applicant must provide financial forecasts, cost estimates, ownership details, and other documents requested by CBDC.
