Heritage Chilliwack Heritage Designation Grant

Grants of up to $500 to help Chilliwack heritage homeowners cover the cost of applying for voluntary municipal heritage designation.

About this program

Heritage Chilliwack offers a Heritage Designation Grant for owners of heritage properties who apply to the City of Chilliwack's Voluntary Heritage Designation Program. The grant can cover up to $500 of application costs for owners of properties listed in the 1991 Heritage Inventory, and the City may consider homes not on the inventory on an individual basis. The program helps reduce the cost barrier for community members participating in local heritage conservation.
