Local Initiative Funding for Tenants gives Toronto Community Housing tenants funding to plan and lead building or townhouse community projects such as social, recreational, cultural, food, and community-building activities chosen by tenants.
Eligibility
Toronto Community Housing tenants forming Tenant Circles and planning eligible projects for their building or townhouse community.
Requirements
- Participate in Tenant Circle decision-making
- Use funds for eligible tenant-led community activities and follow TCHC spending and reporting rules
