Akaitcho BDC provides loans of up to $50,000 for Indigenous businesses that are more than 50% women-owned.
About this program
Akaitcho BDC's Women Entrepreneur Loan Fund supports Indigenous businesses that are majority women-owned in its local service area. The program offers repayable loan financing up to $50,000 and can be used to help eligible entrepreneurs start, expand, or strengthen their businesses while receiving local advisory support.
Eligibility
Indigenous businesses that are more than 50% women-owned and located in Yellowknife, N'dilo, or Dettah may apply.
Requirements
- Business must be Indigenous-owned and more than 50% women-owned.
- Business must be located in Yellowknife, N'dilo, or Dettah.
- Applicant must submit Akaitcho BDC's loan application and supporting documents.
