About this program
The financing stream of the MRC de La Riviere-du-Nord's Social Economy Development Fund provides repayable term loans for eligible social economy enterprises. The MRC combines the FDÉS financing envelope with the Local Investment Fund in one loan contract when applicable, giving collective enterprises access to structured financing for development projects while maintaining local review and repayment terms.
Eligibility
Social economy enterprises in Saint-Jerome or elsewhere in the MRC de La Riviere-du-Nord may apply when they meet the FDÉS and local investment criteria.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a legally constituted cooperative, mutual, or nonprofit with market activities in the MRC de La Riviere-du-Nord.
- Applicant must operate in a market economy context and meet social economy criteria.
- Project must support creation, growth, innovation, or development of the social economy enterprise.
