About this program
The Commercial Deep Energy Retrofit Program provides energy modelling and per-square-foot incentives for major renovation projects that reduce commercial building site energy use by at least 20 percent.
Eligibility
Manitoba commercial building owners undertaking major energy efficiency renovation projects.
Requirements
- Complete approved energy modelling and baseline analysis
- Achieve at least 20 percent site energy reduction and submit project documentation
