About this program
The Spirit of Coquitlam Community Support stream is for nonprofit projects that do not fit into other Spirit Grant categories but provide a tangible benefit to Coquitlam residents. The broader Spirit of Coquitlam program helps local nonprofits turn ideas into action through projects that build community spirit, support City strategic goals, and serve Coquitlam residents. The City offers the program twice each year through spring and fall intakes.
Eligibility
Registered nonprofit, community-based organizations based in and serving Coquitlam residents may apply for projects that provide tangible local community benefit.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a registered not-for-profit organization.
- Organization must be based in and serving Coquitlam residents.
- Organization must have been active in its mandate for at least 12 months before funding release.
