About this program
The Downtown Windsor Tax Increment Grant helps make major development and redevelopment projects more feasible by returning a portion of the municipal tax increase generated by approved improvements. The program applies to eligible properties in the downtown Community Improvement Plan area and supports intensification, rehabilitation, and new investment.
