MRC de La Riviere-du-Nord Social Economy Development Fund Grant
The FDÉS provides non-repayable grants of up to $10,000 for eligible social economy enterprises in Saint-Jerome and the MRC.
About this program
The Fonds de developpement en economie sociale supports the creation, growth, and innovation of nonprofits, cooperatives, and social economy projects in the MRC de La Riviere-du-Nord. Its grant stream is open on a continuous basis until funds are exhausted and supports structuring projects with significant economic and social impact in the territory. Eligible organizations must operate in a market economy context and meet Quebec social economy criteria.
Eligibility
Eligible cooperatives, mutuals, and nonprofit organizations with market activities that are established in Saint-Jerome or the MRC de La Riviere-du-Nord may apply for social economy project support.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a legally constituted Quebec social economy enterprise established in the MRC de La Riviere-du-Nord.
- Applicant must operate in a market economy context and have commercial or market activities.
- Applicant must contribute at least 10% of eligible project costs.
