About this program
CBDC's First-Time Entrepreneur Loan supports new business owners who need flexible repayable financing to launch or buy a first business. Summerside-area applicants can access financing and advisory support through CBDC Central PEI when the project is viable and located in the service area.
Eligibility
First-time entrepreneurs in the CBDC Central PEI service area, including Summerside, may apply for eligible business startup or acquisition financing.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a first-time entrepreneur.
- Business must be located in the CBDC Central PEI service area.
- Applicant must submit a business plan and financing request.
