About this program
The Commercial Buildings Retrofit Program from NB Power provides incentives to help commercial building owners and operators in New Brunswick reduce energy consumption through audits, feasibility studies, and capital retrofit projects. The program works through approved Energy Management Service Providers (EMSPs) who perform audits/feasibility studies and submit applications on behalf of customers. Incentives are provided for both the studies themselves and for implementing the recommended energy-saving measures.
Eligibility
Commercial building owners and operators in New Brunswick. Must engage with an approved Energy Management Service Provider listed on the SaveEnergyNB website to perform the audit or study.
Requirements
- Commercial building located in New Brunswick
- Engagement with an approved Energy Management Service Provider (EMSP)
- Energy audit or feasibility study completed
