Community Futures Manitoba Business Loans

Repayable loans up to $150,000 from 16 Community Futures offices serving rural and remote Manitoba entrepreneurs.

About this program

Community Futures Manitoba (CFM) is a network of 16 Community Futures organizations serving rural and remote regions of Manitoba. CF offices provide repayable business loans (typically up to $150,000, with some larger loans available through the new BDC partnership) to support startups, expansion, business acquisitions, and social enterprises. CFM also delivers specialized programs including the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP) providing loans and advice for rural Manitoba entrepreneurs with disabilities, and Indigenous business support programs. The Business Elevation Loan (announced October 2025) enables small businesses to access larger loans through their local CF office in partnership with BDC.
