Yellowknife provides up to $5,000 for eligible bicycle storage in new developments and up to $1,000 for redevelopment projects.
About this program
The City of Yellowknife's Bicycle Racks and Storage Grant supports new development, redevelopment, and exterior facade projects that include safe bicycle storage. The program provides up to 50% of costs to a maximum of $1,000 for property redevelopment projects, or up to 100% of costs to a maximum of $5,000 for new developments.
Eligibility
Eligible new development, redevelopment, and exterior facade projects in Yellowknife that include safe bicycle storage may apply.
Requirements
- Project must be an eligible new development, redevelopment, or exterior facade project in Yellowknife.
- Project must include safe bicycle racks or storage.
- Applicant must apply through the City's development incentives process.
