About this program
The Downtown Winnipeg BIZ Connect Grant helps eligible downtown businesses access professional services such as business and strategy development, accounting and bookkeeping, marketing, website support, legal services, human resources, and online sales platform development. The business must have its principal place of business within the Downtown Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone and pay the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ levy. The program is designed to help local businesses address practical operating and growth needs.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are businesses whose principal place of business is within the Downtown Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone and that pay the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ levy.
Requirements
- Business must be located within the Downtown Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone.
- Business must pay the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ levy.
- Funding must be used for eligible professional services such as strategy, accounting, marketing, website, legal, HR, or online sales support.
