About this program
The SaskEnergy Commercial Space and Water Heating Rebate Program is jointly funded by SaskEnergy and SaskPower, stimulating investment in energy-efficient commercial heating equipment. Eligible equipment includes high-efficiency furnaces, boilers (rebates up to $40,200 for 95% thermal efficiency boilers heating large buildings), condensing and tankless water heaters, heat recovery ventilators (HRVs)/energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), infrared tube heaters, variable speed ECM pumps, and rooftop units. Available for both new commercial construction and equipment replacement. Equipment must be installed by a participating SaskEnergy Network Member or TSASK Licensed Contractor. Program updated terms effective February 11, 2026.
Eligibility
SaskEnergy commercial natural gas customers (restaurants, retail stores, apartment complexes, strip malls, municipal buildings, community halls, nonprofit buildings, dental clinics, mechanical shops, barns, non-residential farm buildings); equipment installed by SaskEnergy Network Member or TSASK Licensed Contractor.
