The Community Enterprise Development Tax Credit provides a refundable tax credit to investors acquiring equity in pre-approved community-based enterprises and community development investment pools in Manitoba.

Approved Manitoba community-based enterprises and eligible investors acquiring eligible shares.
Requirements
- Enterprise must be pre-approved to issue eligible shares
- Investors must receive Manitoba tax credit receipt and meet annual limits
