About this program
The Downtown Brampton Facade Improvement Program supports revitalization of the historic downtown core by offsetting costs related to facade improvements undertaken by landowners and businesses. The program aims to improve building appearances, enhance attractiveness for shoppers and businesses, improve laneways and public spaces, and support property and business owners in making high-quality exterior improvements. Eligibility
Eligible applicants are landowners, commercial property owners, and business owners undertaking eligible facade improvements in the Central Area Community Improvement Plan area.
Requirements
