About this program
Peterborough and the Kawarthas Business Advisory Centre delivers Starter Company Plus for eligible entrepreneurs starting, expanding, or buying a small business in Peterborough and the Kawarthas. The program combines business training, mentorship, business-plan support, and the opportunity for selected participants to receive grant funding for eligible business costs.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Ontario residents 18 or older who are starting, expanding, or buying a small business in Peterborough and the Kawarthas and meet local Starter Company Plus requirements.
Requirements
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Applicant must be an Ontario resident and eligible to work in Canada.
- Business must be located in Peterborough or the local service area.
