About this program
The Saskatchewan Mineral Exploration Tax Credit encourages investment in eligible grassroots mineral exploration by providing investors a provincial tax credit on qualifying flow-through share expenditures incurred in Saskatchewan.
Eligibility
Investors in eligible flow-through shares issued by qualifying mineral exploration companies with Saskatchewan exploration expenses.
Requirements
- Company must renounce qualifying exploration expenses to investors
- Investors claim the credit under Saskatchewan tax rules
