About this program
The City of Kingston Brownfield Community Improvement Plan provides financial incentives for remediation and redevelopment of contaminated or underused properties. Eligible projects may receive tax assistance or rehabilitation grants to help offset remediation and redevelopment costs and bring brownfield sites back into productive use.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are owners or developers of qualifying brownfield properties in Kingston undertaking approved remediation and redevelopment projects.
Requirements
