The Fonds d'Investissement Innovation administered by PME MTL targets businesses and entrepreneurs developing innovative projects with significant impact in Montreal. Loans up to $150,000 can be combined with the Fonds PME MTL for a maximum combined total of $450,000. Applicants must present financial statements for the last two completed years (or first year if company is less than two years old). Down payment requirements: 20% for pre-startup businesses, 15% for startup or growing businesses for loans, 20% for grants.

Innovative businesses or entrepreneurs primarily within the Montreal area, with eligible innovation projects demonstrating significant local impact.
