About this program
The Brooklin Community Improvement Plan Facade Grant supports exterior building improvements that enhance Brooklin's commercial streetscape and historic village character. Eligible businesses and property owners can receive reimbursement for approved facade, storefront, signage, lighting, and exterior design improvements.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are property owners or authorized tenants of eligible commercial or mixed-use properties in the Brooklin Community Improvement Plan area.
Requirements
- Property must be located in the Brooklin Community Improvement Plan area.
- Applicant must apply before beginning facade improvement work.
- Project must include eligible exterior improvements.
