Quebec companies producing eligible sound recordings, digital audiovisual recordings, or music videos may claim a refundable tax credit for eligible labour expenses after SODEC certification.
Eligibility
Quebec record companies or eligible companies with a Quebec establishment and SODEC recognition or agreement.
Requirements
- Obtain SODEC attestation through SOD@cces
- Claim the tax credit through Revenu Quebec
