About this program
Envision Saint John (the regional growth agency for Greater Saint John) manages the Impact Loan Program on behalf of ACOA. Formerly known as the SEED Loan, this fund provides loan financing to support the development or expansion of businesses in the urban Saint John area. The program also offers free business management skills training for successful applicants. An Impact Loan Review Meeting is held on the final Wednesday of each month, with applications due nine business days prior.
Eligibility
Entrepreneurs and businesses located in the urban Saint John area. Companies with products that have export potential are particularly suited to companion programs like Block One incubator. The program is open to startups and businesses seeking expansion capital.
