About this program
The City of St. Catharines Façade Improvement Program supports exterior improvements to eligible commercial, mixed-use, and main street properties. The program helps property owners and businesses improve storefronts, building materials, signage, lighting, and other visible exterior elements that enhance streetscapes and commercial districts.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are property owners or authorized tenants of eligible properties in St. Catharines Community Improvement Plan areas completing approved facade improvements.
Requirements
- Property must be located in an eligible Community Improvement Plan area.
- Applicant must apply before beginning eligible facade work.
- Project must include eligible exterior building or storefront improvements.
