About this program
The All-Spend Film and Video Production Tax Credit provides eligible corporations producing qualifying film or video projects in Newfoundland and Labrador with a refundable corporate income tax credit on eligible production costs.
Eligibility
Eligible corporations with qualifying all-spend film or video productions registered through the required provincial process.
Requirements
- Submit Part I application before production starts
- Submit Part II application, eligible cost documentation, audit materials, and tax certificate claim
