Emergency repair reimbursement grants of up to $1,000 for downtown Maple Ridge businesses recovering from property crime or vandalism.
About this program
The Downtown Maple Ridge Emergency Funding Grant helps local businesses recover quickly from property crime or vandalism. The program provides up to 50 percent of eligible repair costs, to a maximum of $1,000, for expenses such as broken windows, damaged doors or locks, graffiti removal, lighting, and other exterior repairs not covered by insurance. Applicants must be in the DMRBIA catchment area, be in good standing with both the City and BIA, and provide an RCMP file number.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are businesses located within the Downtown Maple Ridge Business Improvement Association catchment area that are in good standing and have eligible repair costs from property crime or vandalism.
Requirements
- Business must be located within the Downtown Maple Ridge BIA catchment area.
- Applicant must be in good standing with both the City and the BIA.
- Incident must be reported to the RCMP and an RCMP file number is required.
