Downtown Moncton Resilience Program
Downtown Moncton Centre-ville Inc. reimburses eligible downtown businesses for facade repairs, patio and seating improvements, security, beautification, and resilience investments.
About this program
The Downtown Resilience Program was launched by Downtown Moncton Centre-ville Inc. with City of Moncton support to help small businesses in the downtown business improvement area respond to vandalism, safety concerns, and the need for more welcoming streetscapes. Eligible projects can include outdoor patio development, seating areas, facade repairs, graffiti-resistant murals, surveillance systems, lighting, and other improvements that strengthen downtown business resilience and customer experience.
Eligibility
Small businesses located in the Downtown Moncton Centre-ville business improvement area may apply for eligible resilience, safety, facade, and beautification projects.
Requirements
- Business must be located within the Downtown Moncton Centre-ville business improvement area.
- Project must fit eligible resilience, beautification, safety, facade, patio, seating, lighting, or mural categories.
- Applicant must submit project details, costs, and supporting documents to DMCI.
