Drummond Business Succession Program
Drummond économique reimburses up to 50% of eligible professional fees, to $15,000, for FLI-supported business succession projects.
About this program
The Programme Relève d'entreprise helps business successors complete the professional work required for a successful transfer of a small business. It applies to entrepreneurs supported by FLI financing in a business acquisition or succession project and helps cover specialized services such as due diligence, fair market value assessment, legal documentation, and purchase agreement preparation. The program can reimburse 50% of eligible fees up to $15,000.
Eligibility
Entrepreneurs acquiring or taking over a legally constituted Quebec business through an FLI-supported succession project in the MRC de Drummond may apply.
Requirements
- Business being acquired must be legally constituted and located in Quebec.
- Successor must be associated with a project financed by an FLI.
- Project must involve business transfer through family, employee, external buyer, or collective succession.
