Eligibility
Eligible applicants are owners, tenants, or developers completing approved projects in the Historic Downtown Newmarket Community Improvement Plan area that incur eligible municipal fees.
Requirements
- Project must be located in the Historic Downtown Newmarket Community Improvement Plan area.
- Municipal fees must relate to an eligible approved improvement or development project.
- Applicant must apply through the Town's Community Improvement Plan process.
