About this program
The Small Business and Entrepreneurship Centre administers Starter Company Plus for eligible entrepreneurs in Windsor and Essex County. The program provides business training, mentoring, business-plan support, and the opportunity for selected participants to receive grant funding to support startup, expansion, or business purchase costs.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Ontario residents 18 or older who are starting, expanding, or buying a small business in Windsor or Essex County and meet local Starter Company Plus requirements.
Requirements
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Applicant must be an Ontario resident and eligible to work in Canada.
- Business must be located in Windsor or Essex County.
