Available in designated Toronto Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) and Priority Investment Neighbourhoods.
Eligibility
Toronto-based commercial property owners and tenants located within eligible BIAs or Priority Investment Neighbourhoods, undertaking renovations that improve ground-floor commercial spaces.
Requirements
