Investissement Québec Innovation Program
Funding up to $500,000 for R&D, prototyping, testing and validation projects to strengthen SME innovation capacity.
About this program
The Innovation Program administered by Investissement Québec supports businesses, particularly SMEs, at all stages of innovation projects. It funds the development of new products, processes, or significant improvements to existing ones, covering conception, design, engineering, prototyping, testing and validation. Maximum funding is $500,000 per project, with social economy enterprises eligible for higher rates up to 80% of eligible expenses. Applications are analyzed on a continuous basis.
Eligibility
For-profit businesses, social economy enterprises, and partnerships with an establishment in Quebec undertaking R&D or innovation projects in Quebec. Must demonstrate technological innovation and economic benefits for Quebec.
