About this program
Vancouver's BIA Partnership Program supports local business and property owner associations through BIA levy-funded budgets for area promotion, beautification, safety, placemaking, events, and economic development in commercial districts.
Eligibility
Approved Vancouver Business Improvement Areas and local business/property owner associations operating under City BIA bylaws.
Requirements
- Develop BIA budget and renewal or establishment process
- Secure member support, City Council approval, and annual reporting on levy-funded activities
