The City of Regina Tenant Fit-Up Grant Incentive supports fitting up existing building units or spaces for new tenants within the City Centre incentive area. The grant covers up to 50 percent of eligible project costs to a maximum of $50,000 upon project completion. The current intake is closed and 2026 recipients have been announced, but the incentive remains part of Regina's City Centre revitalization grant framework.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are property owners, businesses, or commercial tenants completing qualifying fit-up projects for new tenants in Regina's City Centre incentive area.
Requirements
- Project must be in the eligible City Centre incentive area.
- Project must fit up a unit or space for a new tenant within an existing building.
- Funding covers up to 50 percent of eligible project costs to a maximum of $50,000.
