The City of Toronto Commercial Facade Improvement Grant helps commercial property owners and businesses improve the appearance and function of storefronts and commercial buildings in eligible areas. Funding can support exterior upgrades such as signage, lighting, windows, doors, masonry, accessibility improvements, and other facade work that contributes to local commercial vitality. Applicants must be in an eligible area and receive City approval before completing funded improvements.

Requirements
