Community Futures South Fraser offers developmental lending for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Chilliwack, Abbotsford, and nearby South Fraser communities. Loans can support working capital, equipment purchases, inventory, leasehold improvements, business start-up, business expansion, and business acquisition. The lender works with businesses that may not qualify for traditional financing and assesses applications using a fuller picture of the borrower and business.
