About this program
Hamilton Community Foundation's Community Fund supports charitable organizations and initiatives that improve quality of life in Hamilton. Grants support community needs across areas such as recreation, education enrichment, employment readiness, nutrition and food security, mental health, environmental protection, shelters, and supports for women and children in crisis. Eligible applicants must be registered charities or non-profits working with a charitable partner.
