About this program
Community Futures Lethbridge Region provides business loans and advisory support to entrepreneurs and small businesses in Lethbridge and surrounding communities. Financing can support start-up costs, equipment, working capital, expansion, business purchase, or other business needs where traditional financing may not fully fit. Applicants work with Community Futures staff through business planning, financing review, repayment terms, and ongoing business support.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Community Futures Lethbridge Region service area seeking financing to start, buy, operate, or expand a business.
Requirements
- Applicant must operate or plan to operate in the Community Futures Lethbridge Region service area.
- Loan must support an eligible business purpose such as start-up, acquisition, expansion, equipment, or working capital.
- Applicant must complete Community Futures' loan application process.
