About this program
The Special Event or Festival Grant supports Strathcona County-based not-for-profit arts, culture, and heritage organizations that produce or enhance multi-faceted arts, cultural, or heritage events. Events must be held on one or more days in Strathcona County and benefit local residents. Organizations cannot apply for both this Arts, Culture and Heritage program and the Community Large Scale Event Investment Program for the same event.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Strathcona County-based not-for-profit arts, culture, and heritage organizations producing eligible local events or festivals.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a Strathcona County-based not-for-profit arts, culture, or heritage organization.
- Event must be held in Strathcona County.
- Event must be arts, culture, or heritage focused and benefit County residents.
