CBDC Central PEI offers an Impact Loan for entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Greater Charlottetown area who need repayable financing and business support. The loan is intended to help viable local businesses launch, expand, modernize, or stabilize when conventional financing is unavailable or insufficient. Applicants work with CBDC Central PEI through its lending and advisory review process.
Eligibility
Entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Greater Charlottetown area may apply for eligible startup, expansion, modernization, working capital, or acquisition financing through CBDC Central PEI.
Requirements
- Business must be located in the Greater Charlottetown area served by CBDC Central PEI.
- Applicant must submit a business plan or project plan.
- Applicant must provide financial projections, cost estimates, ownership information, and due diligence documents requested by CBDC.
