CBDC Blue Water provides first-time entrepreneur loans for eligible new business owners in rural Halifax communities.
About this program
CBDC's First-Time Entrepreneur Loan supports new entrepreneurs who are launching or buying their first business and need flexible financing. Through CBDC Blue Water, eligible rural Halifax-area applicants can access repayable financing and business counselling to help move a viable first business project forward.
Eligibility
First-time entrepreneurs in the CBDC Blue Water service area may apply for eligible business startup or acquisition financing.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a first-time entrepreneur.
- Business must be located in CBDC Blue Water's service area.
- Applicant must submit a business plan and financing request.
