The program includes a per-door incentive grant for new dwelling units disbursed upon successful completion of the building's foundation. A separate Business Improvement Area Missing Middle Residential Infill Grant Program supports similar new housing developments within Moncton's BIA boundaries.
Eligibility
Property owners, developers, and businesses undertaking residential infill or new housing developments within Downtown Moncton or the Moncton Business Improvement Area (BIA). Projects must result in net new dwelling units.
