MBO provides Kick$tart loans of up to $10,000 for new entrepreneurs in the St. John's metro region.
About this program
Metro Business Opportunities' Kick$tart Loan is designed for entrepreneurs who need a smaller amount of startup financing to launch or test a new business in the St. John's metro region. The program helps new entrepreneurs access early capital for eligible startup costs while receiving local business support and guidance from MBO.
Eligibility
New entrepreneurs in Metro Business Opportunities' service area, including St. John's, may apply for early-stage startup financing.
Requirements
- Applicant must be starting a business in MBO's service area.
- Applicant must submit a business idea, plan, or startup project information.
- Applicant must provide cost estimates and basic financial information requested by MBO.
