Akaitcho BDC delivers Indigenous Women Entrepreneurs support for majority Indigenous women-owned businesses in its Yellowknife, N'dilo, and Dettah service area. The program provides access to dedicated business support officers, training, workshops, and repayable micro-loans up to $20,000, with non-repayable contributions available when funding permits.
Eligibility
Indigenous women entrepreneurs and majority Indigenous women-owned businesses in Yellowknife, N'dilo, or Dettah may apply for eligible micro-loan and business support.
Requirements
- Applicant business must be majority owned by Indigenous women.
- Business must be located in Yellowknife, N'dilo, or Dettah.
- Applicant must submit an application and business information to Akaitcho BDC.
