About this program
The Business Investment Program provides term loans to Newfoundland and Labrador small and medium-sized enterprises in strategic sectors and export-oriented businesses that need complementary financing for growth or market expansion.
Eligibility
Eligible NL SMEs with fewer than 100 employees, less than $10 million in sales, operations in a strategic sector, and demonstrated financing need.
Requirements

- Provide business plan, project proposal, financing, repayment capacity, and good-standing documentation
