About this program
Edmonton's Clean Energy Improvement Program provides long-term fixed-rate financing for commercial, retail, nonprofit, and multi-unit residential property owners completing eligible energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades, repaid through the property tax bill.
Eligibility
Eligible Edmonton property owners of residential, commercial, retail, nonprofit, and multi-unit residential buildings meeting CEIP requirements.
Requirements
- Complete pre-qualification and energy evaluation
- Submit project application, contractor quote, eligible upgrades, owner consent, and completion forms
