About this program
The Communities Economic Development Fund provides repayable business financing and advisory support for entrepreneurs, Indigenous partnerships, and community-driven businesses in northern Manitoba, including Winnipeg-based companies with eligible northern development projects.
Eligibility
Eligible Manitoba entrepreneurs and businesses with qualifying northern Manitoba or community economic development activities.
Requirements
- Apply through CEDF lending process
- Provide business plan, project costs, security, financial statements, and repayment information
