About this program
The Commercial Facade Improvement Grant Program helps Toronto commercial property owners and tenants redesign, renovate, or restore street-facing facades, including accessibility improvements, signage, masonry, lighting, doors, windows, awnings, and related exterior upgrades.
Eligibility
Commercial property owners and commercial tenants with owner permission for eligible street-level commercial buildings in Toronto.
Requirements
- Apply before starting any facade work
- Complete at least three eligible improvements
- Provide owner permission, quotes, drawings, photos, and final invoices
