About this program
SurreyCares Community Foundation provides annual community grants to charitable organizations serving Surrey. The grants support local projects across priority areas such as general community needs, youth, special needs, immigrant and refugee supports, housing, health, food security, social services, and community wellbeing. The 2026 SurreyCares Community Grant application opened April 1, 2026 and closed April 30, 2026.
Eligibility
Qualified charitable organizations and eligible community service organizations serving Surrey may apply for SurreyCares Community Grants during the annual application period.
Requirements
- Applicant must be an eligible charitable or qualified community organization.
- Project must serve Surrey residents or address Surrey community needs.
- Applicant must submit the annual SurreyCares Community Grant application through the grant portal.
